Experience:
Appropriate experience.
 
Minimum Requirement:
General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 9 (Std 7).
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
knowledge of sterilisation practices and Decontamination processes. Good organisational skills. Ability to function within a team. Willingness to work night duty, shifts and weekends.

Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
Provision of Quality Sterilized products and equipment to hospital. Usage of all Sterilization Equipment, Autoclaves, instrument washing within standards. Practice the principles of cost containment. Effective Communication and Human Resource Development. Adhere to Infection Prevention and Control Practices.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 155 148 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
