Manage and control the Attendance Tracking Report to identify invoices for auditing and billing Obtain Medical Aid Authorisations for: Accommodation; Specialized Radiology; High-Cost Medication Audit and Finalise Billing for H2 & H3 patient categories Manage State Department Debt (SANDF and Correctional Services) Finalise charges on the AR system as per billing instructions Follow-up medical aid and non-medical aid outstanding invoices in line with Hospital Fees Manual Chapter 18 and related Finance Instructions. Filing in and out-patient registration forms, and all other fees-related filing Manual Suspension of invoices at time of Discharge / where required General fees administration and account-related duties/enquiries Relief for colleagues and undertake various other clerical duties as and when required |

Remuneration:

R 216 417-R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
