• Operational and strategic Service Delivery management for the Sub-district, for Burden of disease management of Prioritized APP/DHP/AOP targets (i.e. CDC’s, clinics, and mobiles). • Internal Governance and Leaderships of special service programs: COPC project, Quality improvement, Staff allocation, Registry Hygiene, Clinical & Pharmacy governance, Clinic Flow. • External governance & aligning: COPC, Facility Committee/Stakeholder Engagements, Public-Private- Partnerships; NGO staff management, Ecosystem alignment. • Leadership & People Management- People Administration & Development. • Strategy & Health Support: Data interpretation and strategic guidance to improve outcomes. • Finance, Asset, Infrastructure & Supply Chain Management. |

• Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Sub-district. |

|
A minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognisable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with the SANC in General Nursing. At least 6 years of the above period must be appropriate/recognisable experience in Psychiatric Nursing after obtaining the 1-year post-basic qualification in the relevant speciality. At least 3 years of the period referred to above must be appropriate/recognisable experience at management level. |

Basic R425 qualification (i.e. diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as Professional Nurse and Midwife. Post-basic qualification with duration of at least 1 year in Clinical Nursing Science, Health Assessment, Treatment and Care, accredited with SANC (R48). |

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. A practical test and a competency test will form part of the selection process. The pool of applicants will be considered for similar vacant posts within Witzenberg Sub-district for a period of 3 months from date of advert. |

Remuneration:
|
R 715 977-R 818 643 per annum (plus a non-pensionable rural allowance of 8% of basic annual salary) Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
