| Responsible for co-ordination, supervision and control of component and aspects relating to all administrative personnel matters. Responsible for PERSAL approvals and authorisations. Ensure the correct application of policy, procedures and prescripts of all personnel practises, conditions of service, service terminations, pensions, leave and allowances. Responsible for auditing of files. Render a support and advisory service with regard to personnel administration and human resource management. Identify training areas of need and implement training programmes and information sessions on existing and new policies. Monitor compliance pertaining to the HR CMI. |

R 376 413 - R443 403 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
