| Optimum utilisation and supervision of human and other resources within Support Services. Promote and maintain acceptable standards of quality of services delivered by the Support Service components (Switchboard/, Printing/, Clerical Support/, Medico Legal/ Admin Registry). Oversee the management of Residences and halls. Effective support to the ASD in the management of Human Resources in the component. Ensure timeous submission of statistical data, as well as collate and compile databases, rosters and monthly reports. | Organisational, and leadership skills, strong people management and supervisory skills. Computer literacy (Microsoft Package). Ability to work co-operatively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels and working independently. Ability to work under pressure. |

Remuneration:

R 376 413-R 443 403 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
