| Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including PFMA, Accounting Officer’s system, National and Provincial Treasury Regulations and Finance Instructions. Generally recognised accounting practice, cost and management accounting. Advanced computer skills using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with the ability to understand and analyse statistical and financial information. Proven leadership skills, together with the ability to influence and motivate others to achieve targets and deadlines. Critical and innovative thinking, to solve problems to improve organisational performance. Ability to lead, innovate and drive improved Finance and Supply Chain Management. |
