| Good Communication skills. Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills. Computer literacy (MS Office: Word and Excel). The ability to operate Switchboard equipment effectively and efficiently. Appropriate knowledge of handling alarm systems. |

| Manage switchboard, answer telephonic queries and deliver messages. Ensure that switchboard and telephone equipment is in working order. Monitor telephone accounts and distribute monthly to departments. Report all faults and problems with switchboard. Maintain internal telephone directory. Provide relief for admission department, clerical and administrative support to the supervisor. |
