General cleaning and maintenance of cleaning equipment. Dust, sweeping, polish, scrub and mop floors, passages, furniture, empty dustbins and sort soiled linen according to correct cleaning procedures. Effective use of cleaning agents and stock. Responsible for general hygienic and safe environment. Handling cleaning equipment. Assist with the offloading and unpacking of stock and perform relief duties. |

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. The pool of applicants will be considered for similar vacant posts within the Chief Directorate: Metro Health Services, for a period of 3 months from the date of advert. Candidates will be subjected to a written/practical and oral assessment. |

Remuneration:
|
R 138 486 per annum - R 161 131 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
