Appropriate Asset Management experience. |
|
|
Computer literacy (Word and excel). Soud theoretical and practical knowledge of policies regarding financial and Supply chain Management. Knowledge of Asset Management (LOGIS functions or Modules in LOGIS). |
|
|
Maintain and update asset register. Procure assets and services on EPS. Ensure that all transactions comply with the legislative requirements. Manage Assets movement, inventory update, bar-coding and maintenance of equipment. Undertake interim and annual financial stock takes, reporting of losses, theft shortages and surpluses as well as monthly reporting. Ensure disposals of assets pertaining to SCM policies and procedures. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focus on the key performance areas of the post. |

Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. Physical Ability to lift /move heavy objects and supplies. |
|

|
Remuneration:
|
R 228 321 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
