Data capturing – Excel; electronic report ; prepare presentations ; information management. Administrative functions and support – faxing, copying, filing, minute taking; telephone etiquette. Effective communication – internal and external stakeholders; Professionalism. Resource management – ordering and stock control; management of office assets. Coordinate and plan meetings as delegated including minute taking. Assist with management of the training venues, events planning. |

Excellent computer skills (MS Word; Excel, Power point, e mail) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to exercise and maintain confidentiality. Punctuality and time management. |

Remuneration:
|
R 228 321 - R 268 950 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
