Experience:
Appropriate Finance Experience. Appropriate experience in LOGIS.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy MS Office. Processing Logis payments.
 
Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
Effective and efficient payment of creditors on the LOGIS systems. Effective and accurate filing of payment batches (Document Control). Support to supervisor, Colleagues and other Departments. Assist with compiling information for IFS/AFS. Effective and efficient statement reconciliation of suppliers/creditors.

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post.
 
Note:
Shortlisted candidates may be subjected to a practical assessment. The pool of applicants will be considered for similar vacant posts within George Regional Hospital for a period of 3 months from date of advert.
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Willingness to work overtime.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 228 321 - R 268 950 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
