|
Ability to work overtime, shifts which include weekends and public holidays when needed Incumbent must be physically fit to lift heavy objects and be on their feet for long periods of time. |

Appropriate experience in a large-scale industrial Food Service Unit. |
|
|
Assist in the receipt and storage of all provisions and stock in the foodservice unit. Pre-preparation and production of all normal and therapeutic diets. Weighing, dishing and distribution of food to various wards. Cleaning of all areas, utensils and equipment in the Food Service Department. Adhere to Health and Safety prescripts, elementary control measures and standard operational procedures. |

Basic numeracy and literacy skills. |
|
|
Knowledge of production for normal and therapeutic diets in an Industrial Foodservice Unit on a large scale. Knowledge of hygiene, occupational health, HACCP and safety principles. The ability to read, speak and write. |

Remuneration:
|
R 138 486 - R 163 131 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
