Groundsman

Experience:
Appropriate groundsman experience.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
Basic numeracy and literacy and be able to read and write.
 
Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
Ensure effective maintenance of hospital: Cleaning the hospital Grounds, empty the bins, rake the leaves, pruning trees. Clean the drains and gutters, remove the branches from the grounds, water flower beds, grass & assisting with removal of furniture to other areas. Maintaining flowerbeds and quart yards. Removal of general/domestic waste.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Inherent requirements of the job:

Remuneration:
R 138 486 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
