Grade 3: A Minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognisable experience in nursing after registration as a Staff Nurse with SANC. |

Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a practical/written and oral assessment. Candidates who are not in possession of the stipulated registration requirements, may also apply. Such candidates will only be considered for appointment on condition that proof of application for registration to register with the relevant council and proof of payment of the prescribed registration fees to the relevant council are submitted on or before the day of the interview. This concession is only applicable on health professionals who apply for the first time for registration in a specific category with the relevant council (including individuals who must apply for a change in registration status). The pool of applicants will be considered for other vacant Staff Nurse within the Chief Directorate: Metro Health Services, for a period of 3 months from date of advert. |

Will be required to work shifts, public holidays, night duty, after hours and weekends. Willingness to work in the geographical PHC facilities within the Northern Tygerberg substructure, when operationally required. Ability to work under pressure. |

Remuneration:
|
Grade 1: R 220 614 - R 250 500 per annum, Grade 2: R 262 287 - R 298 932 per annum, Grade 3: R 306 798 - R 382 107 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
