State Accountant: Finance

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Financial Accounting environment.
 
Competencies (knowledge/ skills):
Computer literacy in Microsoft applications (MS Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel). Good interpersonal relations, communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA), National and Provincial Treasury Regulations
 
Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
Effective management of the registration process of entities on BAS. Ensure BAS registrations are in line with relevant policies. Control and manage sanitization of BAS Entity Database. Effective management of BAS Helpdesk and BAS User Administration. Ensure accurate and accessible data.

Minimum educational qualification:

Remuneration:
R 325,101 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
