Appropriate experience in Health Information Management and appropriate Health Related Information Systems. |
|
|
Data management – scanning/collation, capturing and submission to the next level. Assist with data quality monitoring, maintenance, and resolution – validation, verification, and data trend analysis. Perform an office administration role - i.e., minute taking, filing, copies and logistical arrangements & assist with preparing presentations and reports. Provide general support to all Information Management and HAST clerks at facility level and assist with IM training. Assist with internal and external objective audits. Assist with ICT requests. |

Knowledge of data, capturing, scanning, preparation and creating graphs. Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills. Computer Literacy skills in (MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook and Teams). Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team. |

National Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

The pool of applicants will be considered for other similar posts as an Administration Clerk: Information Management within the Chief Directorate: Metro Health Services for a period of 3 months from the date of the advert. Shortlisted Candidates will be subjected to a practical/written and oral assessment. |

|
Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license. |

Remuneration:
|
R 228 321 - R 268 950 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
