Administration Clerk: Supply Chain Management (Finance: Stores)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Supply Chain Management and Warehouse environment.
 
Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
Ensure the effective running of the store/warehouse. Stock Counts: To verify stock holding and identify slow moving stock. Record Management: Proper filing and updating electronic system. Vendor Management: Communicate and manage suppliers. Communication and Liaison: Proper resolution of queries and provide assistance when needed.
 
Competencies (knowledge/ skills):
Knowledge of/skills in SYSPRO. Organisational skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 228 321 - R 268 950 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
