Food Service Aid

Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
• Rendering of food services. • Apply hygiene, occupational health and safety directives. • Maintain apparatus and equipment. • Support the Human Resource function.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in the preparation of food and the maintenance of a clean hygienic work environment.
 
Minimum Requirement:
Basic literacy and numeracy.
 
Competencies (knowledge/ skills):
Knowledge of hygiene, occupational health, HACCP and safety principles. Verbal and written communication skills.

Inherent requirements of the job:
Willingness to work after hours to meet operational requirements. Ability to work in a team across the service platforms.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 138 486 - R 163 131 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
