Appropriate experience in a medical administration environment. |

Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point). Knowledge of POPI, POPIA and PAIA Acts and procedures, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills as well as good telephone etiquette, problem solving skills and conflict management. Trustworthiness, ability to handle all information with confidentiality, be able to do innovative thinking, work independently and under pressure. |

Handling of all enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, answering of telephones, typing of letters and referral of enquiries. Administrative duties, filing and drawing of folders, accurate recordkeeping, electronic filing systems, patient records management and data capturing, reporting and report writing Assisting with insurance verification and billing processes. Organizing and managing case files, including documents, evidence and handling of Forensic and SAPS matters. Identification and reporting of risks to supervisor. Human resources duties. |

Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a practical test. The pool of applicants will be considered for similar vacant posts within Worcester Regional Hospital for a period of 3 months from date of advert. |

Work overtime on short notice. Willingness to assist in case of emergencies / mass incidents if needed. |

Remuneration:
|
R 228 321 - R 268 950 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
