| Provide effective and efficient secretarial support and administrative support to Nursing. Manage the assistant manager nursing diary. Support to the management of nursing agency contract. Effective meeting management (minute taking and logistical arrangements) Provide effective /accurate typing and data capturing. Draft routine correspondence, submission and reports. Filling of documents timeously. Create register and maintain stats database for compilation of monthly reports. Meet deadlines and remail updated regarding relevant policies and procedures. Provide clerical support to nursing management for recruitment and selection processes, retainment and timeous submission of documentation to People management. |

Remuneration:

R 228 321 per annum - R 268 950 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
