Act as first contact point for facility and managing the reception point, manage telephonic and client communication and responsible to make appointments. Keep records, file and retrieve folders, trace old folders, compile new folders and destruct folders. File patient folders, documents daily and handle all general administration duties. Maintain and schedule patient appointments on PHCIS. Do daily statistics and compile monthly statistics and give support to supervisor and staff members. Assist with ordering on LOGIS system, monitoring, and stock control and act responsible with regards to service ethics, norms and standards. |

Appropriate administrative experience in a Health Facility. Appropriate experience with patient and information electronic systems PHCIS, ETR.net, Tier.net, Ideal Clinic, Sinjani etc. |
|
|
Computer literacy (Word, Excel and Power Point) and data capturing skills. Excellent filling and recordkeeping skills. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. The ability to accept accountability and responsibility and to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team. |

Remuneration:
|
R 228,321 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
