Administration Clerk: Support

Experience:
Appropriate administrative experience.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Ensure that all administrative tasks are carried out timeously. Ensure that all documentation for payments is captured correctly and timeously. Liaise with supplier to assist in timeous deliver. Assist with efficient and effective condom procurement and distribution. Arrange meetings for logistics management partners. Provide support to the helpdesk should this be required.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel). Ability to work under pressure.

Inherent requirements(s):

Remuneration:
R 173703 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
