Staff Nurse Grade 1 to 3

Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Basic Computer literacy (MS Office). Ability to function independantly , as well as in a multi-disciplinary team to ensure good patient care. Ability to communicate effectively.
 
Experience:
Grade 1: None. Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years of appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration with SANC as an Staff Nurse. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years of appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration with SANC as Staff Nurse.

Note:

Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
Provide basic clinical nursing care. Development and implementation of basic patient care plans. Effective utilization of resources. Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self-development.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
Qualification that allows you registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as Staff Nurse.
 
Registration with a Professional Council:
Registration with the SANC as Staff Nurse.
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Willingness to work overtime. Willingness to work nightshift, shifts, weekends and public holidays Relieve and rotate in all areas.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
Grade 1: R 220 614 - R 250 500 per annum, Grade 2: R 262 287 - R 298 932 per annum, Grade 3: R 306 798 - R 382 107 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
