Experience:
Appropriate administrative experience.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to collate, analyse, verify, and report data. Ability to accept accountability and responsibility. Good interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work in a team and independently.

Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
Provide office administration support to the WCG College of Emergency Care. Render administrative support for student recruitment-related duties. Provide administrative functional support to all components of the College.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license. Willingness to travel. Ability to work after hours when required.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 228 321 per annum - R 268 950 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
