| Appropriate experience in Recruitment and Selection. Appropriate experience in using biometric machine (hosting of fingerprints/ verification checks). Appropriate working experience on the on-line advertisement system. |

| Assist with and co-ordinate Recruitment and Selection processes. Assist and advise with the compilation of job descriptions and advertisements. Uploading of advertisements on the on-line system. Provide an advisory and support service in the application of Recruitment and Selection policy and procedures and EE matters. Scrutinise motivations for procedural correctness and fairness. Supervision, training and development of staff. Effective record-keeping and keeping of accurate statistics. |

| Candidates will be subjected to a practical assessment. |

| Computer Literacy in MS Word, Excel and Persal. Good communication skills. Knowledge of Employment Equity and Recruitment and Selection Policy and Circulars. Knowledge of the Staff Performance Management System (SPMS). |

R 325 101 - R 382 959 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
