| Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a co-operative way within a team context and willingness to learn To provide direct administrative support to a designated clinical team, enabling improved service delivery, reduced administrative burden on clinicians, and enhanced clinical governance. The role also contributes to the intern's structured workplace learning as part of the formal training program. This position is part of the Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness CFAS initiative, which aims to optimise clinical care by embedding medical secretary interns within clinical teams. |
