Provide strategic management and leadership, as member of George Regional Hospital senior management team. |

| Appropriate and proven managerial experience in a Health Care environment, showing strong leadership, strategic and operational skills. Ability to lead, innovate and drive Human Resource and Facility Management initiatives. Excellent knowledge and experience in the implementation of Human Resource Management policies, procedures and practices pertaining to Human Resources, Human Resource Development and Labour Relations. Proven capability and experience in managing all aspects of Technical and Support Services within a Hospital Facilities Management environment. Excellent communication (written, verbal) and conflict management skills. Proficient computer literacy (Microsoft Office package). Proven computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to understand and analyse statistical and financial information. |

| Appropriate 3-year National Diploma/Degree. |

R 932 292 per annum - R 1 098 195 per annum A portion of the package can be structured according to the individual's personal needs.
