| Valid driver's licence. Ability to travel to the districts and nationally if required . Ability to work overtime / irregular hours. |

| Leadership, managerial, organisational, strategic, operational and contingency planning skills. Decision-making and problem- solving skills. Knowledge of health services for HIV, TB, NCDs, maternal and child health conditions and related diseases. Ability to design and conduct epidemiologic and surveillance analyses using routine data. Excellent computer literacy skills, including high level skills in MS Excel and a statistical package such as Stata or R and ability to understand SQL code. |
