Receipt of posts and distributing of Human Resource documents correct and neatly. Maintain filing system and providing effective record keeping system for Khayelitsha/Eastern Sub-structure Primary Health Care staff. Draw lists of files upon request and keep record of files in and out of registry. Assist staff, supervisor and management within the Sub-district with regard to Human Resource Management aspects, appointments, service terminations, pension administration, salary administration, leave, housing, injury on duty, debt management and PERSAL transactions. Render customer service desk function and assist People Management functionaries. Responsible for People Management records safekeeping and maintenance. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703 - R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
