Effective and efficient coordination of skills development and related programmes pertaining to the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP). Effective planning, implementation and monitoring of expenditure and reporting of skills development and related programmes pertaining to Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP). Manage, implement and maintain the PEAP programme for the districts. Facilitate, coordinate and maintain Health and Wellness strategy directives in the districts. Facilitate, coordinate and maintain change management strategy directives in the districts. |

Good interpersonal relations and communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to analyse and interpret reports and data. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). |

Remuneration:

R 257 508- R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
