Administration Clerk: Information Management

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Health Information Management for hospitals. Appropriate experience in Clinicom. Appropriate experience in end-user support (computer hardware and software/hospital systems).
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective and efficient administration of hospital statistics. Provide support to ensure data accuracy on the Health Information System (HIS). Facilitate Clinicom training to new and current staff within the institution. Month end data management. Support to supervisor and management.

Note:

Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Proven computer literacy (MS Office/hospital systems). Please attach relevant certificates. Good communication and writing skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Routine Health Information, Clinicom, Sinjani and Business Intelegance (BI).
 
Minimum educational qualifications:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Willingness to work overtime on short notice.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703 - R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
