Administration Clerk: Support (Admin Support to Manager)

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Administrative support: Receive calls/visitors and refer to correct person, manage the diary of the Manager and arrange meetings and events for the institution. Prepare agenda and record minutes of meetings. Operate and ensure the office equipment is in good working order e.g. fax machine, copiers and projectors. Handle the procurement of standard items like stationery, refreshments, etc for the activities of the District Manager and the Institution.
 
Experience:
Appropriate Office Management or secretarial experience.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good communication skills.

Minimum educational qualifications:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. Computer literate (MS Office package, e-mail and internet).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703 - R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
