Emergency Call Centre Manager

Inherent requirement of the job:
Ability to work shifts. Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Advanced Competency in the CAD (CareMonx). Good leadership and supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills. Good planning, leading, organizing and control abilities. Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint).
 
Minimum educational qualifications:
Appropriate Certificate in Call Centre Management (NQF Level 5).
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in Call Centre environment.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Efficient and Effective Operational Management of Emergency Call Centre for the Rural District. Cost Effective management of the Facility and Resources. Effective Human Resource Management including Labour Relations issues. Supervision and Management of all Administrative Requirements. Effective Communication and Liaison with internal and external clients. Support to colleagues and the Provincial Communications Manager.

Remuneration:
R 316 791 - R 373 167 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
