Administration Clerk: Support (3 posts)

  Forensic Pathology Services: Observatory Forensic Institute, Emergency & Clinical Services Support
 
Note:
Only officials within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective control and preparation of reports and statements for court purposes. Electronic Data base maintenance management of all Records. An Effective support to the Manager with regards to; Finance, Logistics, Human Resource Management and Exhibits. Effective Storeroom management by ordering, monitor and control of stock and maintain the Electronic Stock Register. Effective Asset management, such as Asset Control, Asset Disposal, Asset Movements. Ensure timeous submission of statistical data, as well as collate and compile monthly report and statistical data.
 
Experience:
Experience in administrative functions, stock, stores and asset management. Appropriate Medico-legal or Mortuary environment experience. Appropriate experience in Electronic Content Management (ECM).
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Good communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. The ability to liaise between different Stakeholders and members at Senior Management Level. Computer literacy (MS Office Package, FPS Systems) Knowledge and understanding of the FPS System. Ability to keep all information confidential in accurate numerical or alphabetical filing system while having the ability to work alone under pressure as well as in a team with minimum supervision.

Remuneration:
R 173 703 - R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
