Administrative Officer: Support Services

Competencies (knowledge/skills):
A working knowledge of a regulatory process and applicable generic administrative procedures. Detailed administration skills and experience. Experience in supply chain management processes. Knowledge of contract management and administration. Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office 365 (Power Point, Word, Excel, Forms, SharePoint and Outlook). Excellent presentation and report writing skills.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in administration in the relevant environment. Appropriate experience in Healthcare.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Assisting and supporting in the office with regard to administration of security services and decision-making. Assist and support with the secretarial functions. Consolidate security reporting from Health facilities, service providers and other stakeholders and present information in management reports. Liaising with Health facilities and other stakeholders regarding security services, related legislation and related issues.
 
Requirement
Grade 12/ Senior Certificate (or equivalent).

Requirement
Willingness to travel within the Western Cape Province. Valid (Code B/EB) Drivers licence. Willingness to work outside normal office hours.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 242 475 - R 285 630 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
