Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to function independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team. Communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management and Finance administrative processes. Sound knowledge of the LOGIS, WinRDM systems, Trade world, Western Cape Suppliers database. Sound knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), National, Provincial Treasury, Regulations, Policies. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPAs) of the post. |

|
Update stock and perform regular spot checks of stock items, and regular stock takes. File all relevant documentation and ensure audit compliance. Follow up on outstanding orders with suppliers and Hub Hospital. Assist with all general tasks within the SCM and Finance department. Perform the duties of procurement of goods/services and asset management. Handle queries in all aspects within the SCM department. Order, Issue and receive stock (manually and on WinRDM) and ensuring the safekeeping of stock. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
