Administration Clerk: Finance (12 months contract)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in finance.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape Computer literacy (MS Office package) email literate. The ability to gather and interpret documents and information, prepare reports for management, using tools such as Excel, Word. Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure. Good planning, organisational skills.
 
Duties (key results areas/outputs):
Manage the effective functioning of the office. Manage documents flowing within the office. Prepare or follow-up reports (inclusive of performing reconciliations) using Excel or Word. Execute office and general administrative duties. Safeguarding of records and registers. Manage assets of the sub-directorate. Minute taking for meetings at various locations.

Requirements:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics or Accountancy as passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRAs) of the post.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
152862 - 180 063 Monthly salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
