Strong people management skills, analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team. Good written and verbal communication in at least 2 of the 3 official languages of the Western Cape. Practical workable knowledge of Logis, Basic Accounting System (BAS), Electronic Procurement System (EPS) and SharePoint. |

| Strategic and operational management of Financial Management. Strategic and operational management of Supply Chain Management. Evaluate data of finance and SCM systems to ensure credibility and compliance to prescripts. Evaluate the use and management of all assets and ensure that all assets are correctly accounted within the institution. Overall management of contracts. Compilation of financial statements and disclosure notes, in-year monitoring and reporting. Ensure sound budget management as well as asset and liability accounts are maintained. Ensure effective management of the Human Resources within the components. |

R 376 596 - R 443 601 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
