| Perform all administration duties pertaining to the personnel administration section, e.g. appointments, services terminations, transfers, pension administration, salary administration, leave, housing, injury on duty, distribution of monthly pay slips, debt management, verify documents and qualifications. Audit personnel and leave records. Handle all personnel enquiries and correspondence (written and verbal). Maintain registers, i.e. PILLIR, RWOPs, appointments, Pension and Service Terminations. Provide an effective support service to Supervisor. |
