| Appropriate experience in Office administration/transport/support services. |

| Daily handling of walk in as well as telephonic queries and computer work. Supervision and control of the daily operations of the transport service section. Provision of clerical support within the Support Services Component and Daily handling of switchboard for sub district. Adhere to due dates. Manage Finances/Supply Chain. Manage Human Resources in component (Labour Relations, SPMS, Leave, Duty Rosters, Probation, Training and Development of staff). |

| Knowledge of policies regarding the use of government transport. The ability to create spreadsheets and presentations on Microsoft computer programs and knowledge of ipwis waste program. Proficient in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Strong sense of responsibility and good organisational and administrative skills and ability to function in a team and under pressure. Ability to handle switchboard of Sub District. |

R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
