| Proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Knowledge and skills of Employment Practices (Recruitment and Selection, Promotions and Employment Equity). Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PERSAL). |

| Responsible to facilitate recruitment and selection process. Serve as HR representative during interviews and short-listing meetings. Assist with scrutinise motivations for procedural and substantive correctness and fairness of recruitment process. Provide informal training to the panel when the need arises. Provide advice regarding the application of Recruitment and Selection policies and prescripts. Apply knowledge of human resource policies, procedures and directives in order to ensure correct application by the selection panel. Knowledge of departmental recruitment and selection policy. Maintain and update database. Assist with telephonic and written queries. |

R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
