| Appropriate relevant experience in administration. |

| Effective management of the administration component at the College. Compile and co-ordinate information for Training Reports. Drafting of general circulars for College and EMS staff. Assist with implementing and monitoring of appropriate quality control process in the College Supply Chain Management function. Assist with monitoring and controlling of College expenditure. Manage various projects related to EMS training and education. |

| Knowledge of HEI or HPCSA policies and regulations related to EMS training. Report-writing and presentation skills. Good interpersonal and leadership skills. Appropriate computer experience in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in at least two official languages of the Western Cape. |
