| Appropriate People Development and Training experience. |

| Arrange People Development Training committee meetings and act as secretariat. Assist with the needs analysis, skills audit and compilation of the Workplace Skills Plan. Facilitate the procurement of training providers, coordination of training, information sessions and training logistics. Process nominations, confirmation letters, attendance registers and statistics. Assist with the implementation, administration and evaluation of Learnership, Internships and CET. Co-ordinate Provincial Training Institute courses, Public Service Induction and Induction / Orientation programmes. |
