| Provide secretarial duties including maintaining diaries and correspondence, organising meetings, typing and taking of meeting minutes and handling of confidential information. Effective and efficient office administration amongst other, ensuring adequate supply of office requirements, tracking and facilitating payment of medical agencies, maintaining effective filing system, assisting with coordination of clinical research applications, as well as liaison with key stakeholders across various departments and divisions at the hospital and beyond. Divert and handle enquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently. Liaison with PALS and QA Offices wrt complaints; maintain a complaints database and tracking system and assist with effective closure of complaints. Other support including to offices of other MMS's as required, assist with minutes of adhoc committees / meetings, tracking and liaison around IT requirements of various departments and assisting with coordination of clinical research applications. |
