Knowledge and understanding of public service policies and procedures and the functioning of Provincial Government. Knowledge of Financial Project management. |

| An appropriate three-year National Degree or Diploma. |

| Appropriate administrative experience in rendering executive support functions to top management. |

| Manage Engagements of the Chief Director . Render administrative support services. Execute research, analyse information and compile complex documents for the Chief Director provide support to the Chief Director regarding meetings. Manage the budget of the Office of the Chief Director. Remains up to date regarding the applicable prescripts/policies and procedures applicable to his/her work terrain to ensure effective and efficient support to the Chief Director. |

R 376 596 - R 443 601 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
