| Appropriate relevant working experience within Information Management. Appropriate experience in interpreting, evaluating and analysing data/information. |

| Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of three official languages of the Western Cape and a strong sense of confidentiality and trustworthiness. Good numerical, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently, yet as part of a team. Above average computer skills in (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Knowledge of Health-Related Information Systems, Auditing and Monitoring and Evaluation. |

| Monitor and evaluate performance management. Develop and maintain Information Systems. Engage with stakeholders, i.e. verbal, telephonic and written correspondence. Collect, verify and validate data (including data auditing). Receive, validate, sort and timeous capturing of raw data for submission and request of monthly reports from health information systems. Perform data quality checks and filing of data. Ability to interpret data, analyse data trends and compile and distribute reports to Hospital Management and Head Office on a regular basis. Provide training on Health Information systems in effective Health Information formulation as well as preparation of PowerPoint presentations and draw of pivot reports. Provide effective technical and systems support to end users. |
