Inherent requirement of the job:

Experience:
Extensive knowledge and experience of People Management in a leadership role.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Overall management of people development, people management strategies and labour relations functions. Management of staff and external service providers. Ensure that the people management administration and system functions are effectively executed. Ensure compliance to all policies, regulations and operational protocols. Effective and efficient management of the People Management unit at a large specialised hospital.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Problem solving, lateral thinking and data analytical skills. Good communication, training, presentation, interpersonal relationships, exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills. Extensive knowledge of government human resource policies and legislation.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 733 257-R 863 748 per annum A portion of the package can be structured according to the individual's personal needs.
