Administration Clerk: Human Resource Development (People Development)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Human Resource Development and Training. Appropriate experience in Skills Development processes and procedures, WSP and QMR. Appropriate experience and knowledge of the PERSAL system. Appropriate experience in minute taking.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Excellent computer literacy skills. Ability to analyse reports and data. Good communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Organisational skills and ability to handle conflict. Customer care and minute taking certificate.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Provide logistical and general support to the component. Assist with the needs analysis, co-ordination of training and information sessions and sourcing of service provider. Assist with the compilation of various reports. Arrange People Development meetings and act as secretariat. Assist with the capturing of data on the People Development System. Complete and submit People Development records, statistics and training reports. Compile, update and maintain databases related to activities of the component. Office administration and Filing of documentation. Handling general enquiries.
 
Requirements:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Work overtime when required by operational needs. Ability to travel throughout the province. Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
