| Render an administrative support service to patients, public, supervisor and staff. Assess patients in accordance with Hospital Memorandum 18 and UPFS manual. Record all patient activities accurately and promptly on Clinicom. Responsible for revenue control which includes receipt of money, issue of accounts and safekeeping of patient’s valuables according to the Public Finance Management Act. Responsible for folder management, which includes completion and processing of folders. Record and submit accurate data to supervisor as required. |

| Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA's) of the post. |

| Willingness to work shifts (which include Night Duty, Weekends and Public Holidays) to do relief duties within the Medical Records when needed to meet operational requirements. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
