Experience:
Appropriate personnel experience. Appropriate experience in PERSAL.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literate (MS Office package, e-mail and internet). Good communication skills.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Perform all administrative duties related to Personnel administration. Provide advice regarding the application of HR policies and practices. Handle personnel queries and correspondence. Capture transactions on PERSAL system. Process appointments, SPMS/PERMIS, Recruitment & Selection etc. Act as personnel representative during recruitment & selection interviews.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid driver’s licence. Travel to EMS Stations throughout the Province when required.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
